What do we offer?
Great, you've decided that you need some bespoke gear for either yourself, your academy, your friends, fighters you manage, etc. But now what?
The first step is deciding the Sport wear (e.g. MMA shorts, rash guard, spats, etc.), the quantities, and the sizes you need. If you already have any design work, artwork files, logos that must be included... would also be useful to have at this stage.
Once you have the information above, it's time to get in touch by visiting the Contact page. We try and get back to you within 1 working day.
Happy with the quote? Excellent! That takes us to Step 2.
Step 2: Preparing Your Design(s) or ideas
If you haven't already, now is time to:
1) get your design together
or
2) for making a briefing with the ideas you want us to bring to life and send it to us.
If you already have a design (1), this step involves:
a.) Conveying your design requirements clearly (via a design template), and
b.) making sure all your artwork and logos are in the correct file formats
c.) Send us a complete design layout with your artwork and logos
The layout also called cut pattern help us create your gear in the different sizes: S,M,L,XL...
d.) Prepare your artwork and logos
To ensure the best possible end-product please only supply vector graphics (SVG, PDF, or AI) and not any other file type. Using file formats such as JPG or PNG typically produce poor resolution (blurry) images unless they are high resolution (300ppi).
Note that all artwork must adhere to our customization policy, so you can not use other brands' registered images or characters.
Once you have all of the above prepared, it's time to place the order.
Step 3: Place the order
If you are happy with the quote you received in Step 1 then email us your artwork/logo files and design layouts. For big files we recommend to use Wetransfer.com
If any information is missing or files need amending we will contact you ASAP. A payment link will be sent at this stage so that you can complete your purchase. Once completed your order we will send you our design proposals with accurate simulations of the products you ordered for your approval or for you to ask us design revisions if needed. Once the design is approved by you it will be sent to the factory for manufacture.
Note an order can be rejected at this stage if it does not meet our requirements (e.g. does not adhere with our customization policy).
Step 4: Quality control and shipping
Once your fightwear has been manufactured, every item is checked to make sure it meets our quality standards. Items are then dispatched and you will be notified by email.
